Whether leading multi-million-dollar enterprise data warehouse migrations for major retailers, deploying high-concurrency architecture to power global loyalty programs for millions of daily active users, or championing cutting-edge AI-driven retail search implementations, I focused on building stability, mitigating risk, and unlocking new revenue streams. By aligning cross-functional engineering teams with C-suite priorities, I helped organizations modernize their infrastructure, eliminate legacy costs, and scale seamlessly through extreme peak-traffic events.
