Some people call it "Go-To-Market" strategies, others call it "Launch" expertise. I don't stick to one description or definition. I have worked with dozens of Start-up's to help them define and then execute a launch plan. I go way beyond the business school traditional plans. Don't get me wrong, I've written my fair share of traditional plans and I continue to teach college students how to write those plans. The basics are important. However, I have many years of lessons learned for what works and doesn't work and created my own version of a 30, 60 or 90 day program for companies to get their brand out there in the marketplace in a big way.
I cut through the red tape, I get down to the nitty-gritty that actually gets things done. The result? Happy clients. Gushing clients. The ultimate compliment - "people tell us that they see our name everywhere." That's what makes my phone ring. Businesses want to know how they can get the same results. These phone calls are from referrals. I've never had to cold call. I've rarely have to do a "dog & pony" show. I'm brought in, I talk about my ideas, I get hired. Many times I've been up against traditional PR or marketing agencies. They're pretty sexy with their presentations and fancy processes. But it's expensive. You're paying for the glitz, glamour and their overhead. What companies need today is someone who can roll up their sleeves and get the job done right. That's me. That's why I've been freelancing for more than 10 years. It's all about the experience.
